Comments

The system allows registered users to comment on selected record types. Comments are listed as the last item on the record information pages. For each comment, date and user name are indicated. They are displayed in decreasing order with respect to the creation date. Without leaving the page, users can add comments or update existing ones written by themselves by using the provided comment entry form (Figure 1). The administrators can list all comments by record type, record ID, date, user, and comment text. If required, comments can also be updated or deleted by the administrators by using comment-specific record update and delete pages.
