Non-accessible content

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of the ‘RAPID-N’ website, we are aware of some limitations due to the specificity of the RAPID-N application, which we are working to fix. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions. Please contact us if you encounter an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for the ‘RAPID-N’ website:

  1. The language menu at the top navigation bar is not working properly and is currently work-in-progress. The language options “Français (FR)” and “Türkçe (TR)” do not contain any information, while the default language option “English (EN)” cannot be restored if the user has previously selected FR or TR;
  2. Some images do not have alt text descriptions;
  3. Some error messages are not clearly associated with form controls;
  4. Some webpages in the “create” and “update” section do not provide a label for some form elements;
  5. The acronym/phrase “RAPID-N/Rapid Natech Risk Assessment Tool” is used as the main heading in all webpages of the website. The content of each webpage appears as a sub-heading;
  6. The placeholder in the input fields in the filter form does not have sufficient contrast;
  7. The date-picker in the filter form is not accessible via the keyboard;
  8. The webpages that contain tables of data are not mobile responsive and they create horizontal scrolling.
